Questions, bugs, billing, feature ideas, security or data requests: use the form and we will reply by email, usually within two business days. Telling us your check's name and roughly when the problem happened helps us answer faster.

Report a security issue

We believe in responsible disclosure. If you have found a vulnerability, send us a message with the Security topic and give us a reasonable window to fix it before going public. We will acknowledge your report quickly, keep you in the loop, and happily credit you if you would like.
