Why the cheaper-looking option isn't cheaper
You're paying for an alert you can trust.
- Signed, replay-resistant check-ins. Optional HMAC-signed pings that a sniffed or leaked URL can't replay to fake a healthy check. A real differentiator and an additional trust layer for your alerts.
- Cryptographically partitioned multi-tenancy, for stronger data security. Sensitive fields are encrypted with a per-account key, so a stolen database stays unreadable.
- An EU business, EU data. Hosted in France and Germany under an EU entity.
- A long uptime history. 90 days even on Free, up to 3 years on paid plans, so you see the pattern, not just the last few days.
Pricing FAQ
Questions about plans and billing.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, at any time. You're charged the difference for the rest of your billing period, and your new limits apply straight away.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. The lower plan takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then. No refund is offered for the period already paid.
What if I go above my plan's number of checks?
You won't, because the number of checks you can create is capped by your plan rather than billed as overage. If you need more, upgrade (see "Can I upgrade my plan?"). Add-on check packs are coming too, so one extra check never forces a whole tier jump.
